C & A help achieve planning approval for Pye Homes
An early Christmas present for our Client, Pye Homes, who secured detailed planning approval last week for 180 new homes at the former Woodgate Centre site, Woodgate, West Sussex.
The scheme forms part of Arun District Council’s strategic allocation comprising land at Barnham, Eastergate and Westergate (BEW) which will deliver 4,300 new homes, re-aligned A29 route, local centre and a range of community facilities including schools, sports and leisure facilities. Charles & Associates (C&A) have provided Highways & Transport, Flood Risk Assessment, complex Section 106 negotiations and Master Planning Layout reviews in terms of highways and Sustainable Urban Drainage/ Foul Drainage as part of the consulting team of Terence O’Rourke, ECE Architecture, Land Arb Solutions.
