Bell Farm Barming

Taylor Wimpey South East instructed C&A to provide multi-disciplinary support through a full planning application process for 35 dwellings on the allocation site on North Street, Barming. Careful access design was required to overcome constraints and ensure options for future strategic promotion were not prejudiced. Shared space concepts were effectively employed to the satisfaction of KCC as highway authority.

C&A were subsequently retained by Taylor Wimpey to undertake detailed infrastructure design, including the sec38, sec278, sec104 and sec106 technical approvals process.
