Land East of Lees Road (Objection)

Following submission of an appeal by Gladmans against refusal of planning permission, C&A were instructed by Brabourne Parish to provide transport support to their Rule 6 objection through appeal process and ultimately to appear as expert witness at the public inquiry.

Prior to receiving determination and in what was understood to be likely refusal, the appeal was withdrawn and the Parish were therefore successful in their resistance to this unsustainable development proposal that would have been detrimental to the existing village.
