In November 2023, Glenn Charles and John Wilde, founders of Charles and Associates, proudly announced the transition of their company into an Employee Ownership Trust structure. The Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) will ensure that current and future employees of Charles and Associates have a direct stake in the company’s success and growth.

Established in 2012, Charles and Associates continues to grow, propelling the company from strength to strength. With over 20 employees spread across two offices, it aims to build on its already established reputation for excellence. This transition to an Employee Ownership model positions Charles and Associates at the forefront of organisations committed to creating a workplace where everyone has a sense of ownership and contributes to the long-term success of the company.
