Land at Tank Farm Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire

Successful Local Plan allocation, via the West Oxfordshire Local Plan Enquiry, for greenfield land and former farm, east of the town centre of Chipping Norton for development of 1,200 dwellings and employment together with associated infrastructure.

C & A provided full infrastructure planning support to the Local Plan process from promotion to attendance as Expert Witness at the EiP. This included all aspects of Highways & Transportation, together with Flood Risk and Drainage/Utility Strategies in support of the allocation culminating in the evidence put before and presented at the Inquiry.
