Land East of Aylesbury

Successful promotion of greenfield land east of Aylesbury for development of 2,500 dwellings and associated local centre / employment infrastructure.

Staff at C&A’s previous roles were to provide full transportation and infrastructure planning support and advice through the Core Strategy to the Issues & Options LDF document evidence gathering phase.  Following suspension of the Core Strategy an outline planning application was submitted and subsequently approved based on our staffs expertise. C&A have progressed the final Section 106 Negotiations and have now moved onto detailed planning application/details pursuant requirements, detailed design of the highways and drainage elements within the various land parcels and the on-site project management of the various construction packages.
