Stephen is an experienced transport planner with team and people management responsibilities and a successful track record of client satisfaction and project delivery. Through over 16 years in the transport planning industry he has developed a broad range of technical and management skills and has gained experience across both the private and public sectors. Most recently Stephen has provided technical advice and support to private sector developers through the planning process. His project experience has been developed on a broad range of different land uses and sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, and educational developments. He also has extensive experience in providing support to public sector clients in the areas of development control, Local Plan processes and general technical advice. Stephen has also represented local authority clients at Local Plan examination proceedings as an expert witness.
