Another successful planning approval – Bury Farm, Hatfield Peverel Essex

We are pleased to confirm that the New Year has started in a very positive manner, with detailed planning approval being granted last night for 50 dwellings at Bury Farm, Hatfield Peverel Essex.

Charles & Associates provided Highways/Transport, Layout/levels and Flood Risk/Drainage support to the successful application. We look forward to continuing to support Bellway Homes and working with the project team (Strutt Parker, JCN & SES) in future projects.
