Planning Approved in Ashford

With C&A’s support, Taylor Wimpey South East and Persimmon received a resolution to grant planning for their proposed residential development at Park Farm South East. C&A provided support on flood risk, drainage and utilities, for a site situation partly within flood zones 2, 3b – utilising our excellent working relationship with officers at Kent County Council SuDs team and our knowledge of the historical development in the area to secure this favourable outcome.
