C&A have helped to secure planning permission at the Grade II listed Radfield House, Teynham. The development would restore a disused farmhouse back into residential use and provide additional dwellings on the former farm site in a landscaped courtyard arrangement.
C&A’s highway design team worked with Hume Planning and Marshall Carley Architects to ensure that pedestrian movements are prioritised, while providing safe vehicle access via a new access from Dully Road. To ensure compliance with relevant planning policy C&A also provided a Transport Statement to support the application. Swale Borough Council granted planning permission on this basis.
