Planning permission granted – Halstead Essex!

We recently had planning permission granted on a site in Halstead, Essex known as Oak Road. The site was for 80 residential units. C&A were responsible for producing the Transport Assessment, Flood Risk Assessment along with providing support in the evolution of the site layout in terms of highway design (horizontal and vertical alignments and tracking), design of the site access as well as designing platform and external levels.
