Reserve matters application approved Kingsbrook

C & A  are delighted to report that Phase 1 of Village 3 at our development site known as Kingsbrook within Aylesbury, has had a reserve matters application approved for 234 dwellings and the final section of the Stocklake Link Road.  C&A provided support to Barratt and Ashfield Land in all aspects of highways, transport, drainage and private civils infrastructure planning to achieve this milestone in the developments time line for circa 2500 dwellings, two new primary schools, a secondary school and 10 Hectares of employment and other social infrastructure.
