Residential planning approved Matfield, Tonbridge

C&A can provide support to all scales of projects, no matter how large or small.  We’ve recently assisted an applicant securing planning for three new residential properties in Matfield, Tonbridge.  Smaller sites can often have particular challenges due to land constraints and this was no exception. As part of our support, C&A had to work closely with the client and KCC Highways to consider multiple access options within the constrained environment.  This proved successful and the application was granted recently with access determined based on the scheme developed by C&A.
