Charles & Associates have assisted in securing Change of Use at Yateley Hall, a listed building in Hampshire. This will provide accommodation for Hurst Lodge School, who provide additional support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in the region.
The C&A team provided Highways & Transport advice, together with Drainage & Flood Risk, for this successful application. That included negotiation with Hampshire County Council Highways and Flood Risk departments to achieve a successful outcome for the client.
