On behalf of Quinn Estates, C&A have helped to secure planning permission for 42 environmentally-friendly homes in Whitstable, Kent. The scheme will include solar panels, electric vehicle chargers and triple glazing which will minimise energy consumption and save residents money. C&A provided our full range of professional services including traffic assessment, designs for vehicle access and a new Toucan crossing, flood risk assessment, and drainage strategies for the application. Canterbury City Council approved the application in March 2022.
