C&A were commissioned by George Wilson Developments to provide transport and highways support for a residential development in Faversham, Kent. This is a constrained site on former railway land but it benefits from easy access to Faversham town centre and the railway station. C&A provided a comprehensive layout review, working closely with the appointed architect to ensure that the site layout is safe and effective for all users. This fed into a Transport Statement including an independent Road Safety Audit. Following several design iterations, Kent County Council Highways raised no objections and Swale Borough Council granted planning permission for the scheme in August 2022.
