C&A have assisted in securing planning permission by producing a Transport Statement for the redevelopment of a Mews site in Central London.
The site is part of the Howard de Walden Estate and is currently used as a short-stay car park. The flexible permission allows either medical or research and development space, drawing on its location within the Harley Street Special Policy Area.
While the site is somewhat constrained, it benefits from a highly sustainable location and C&A highlighted this in our report. C&A also demonstrated that there would be no severe impact on the highway network if the development was permitted.
