C&A Supports Westbourne Homes’ Oakley Green Development in Berkshire

C&A has provided highways and drainage support to Westbourne Homes for its residential development at Oakley Green in Berkshire, with the scheme now nearing completion.

As part of the project, C&A prepared a Flood Risk and Drainage Report to support the planning and technical requirements of the development. The work considered the site’s existing characteristics and the proposed development, with particular attention given to surface water management and flood risk.

The development is located on a brownfield site, providing an opportunity to bring previously developed land back into beneficial use while delivering a new residential scheme.
