East Hill, Capstone

C&A Consulting Ltd is delighted to have been part of the consultant team in support of the now consented East Hill development in Capstone, Medway. The proposed development comprises 800 much-needed residential dwellings, a primary school, a GP surgery, and a new link road providing relief to existing congested routes in the Luton area.

C&A provided overarching transport planning advice, delivered a comprehensive Transport Assessment, Travel Plan, and highways design of the link road following detailed engagement with both Medway Highways and National Highways. Despite no highways objections, the application was refused by Medway’s planning committee but subsequently was granted consent at appeal.
