Epping Forest Housing

C&A have provided technical support to enable Epping Forest District Council to roll out new council housing.

ECD Architects have designed a series of infill buildings which achieve the environmentally friendly ‘Passivhaus’ standard, including solar panels, cycle stores and electric vehicle charging points. Working with ECD, C&A have assessed each site to ensure that the housing would not affect air quality in the protected areas of Epping Forest.
