Charles & Associates are delighted to have been part of the Project team to deliver an outline planning permission for Taylor Wimpey at Sefter Road Pagham Bognor Regis, Sussex.

This development consists of up to 250 dwellings, replacement of the scout hut, land for the Ambulance Community Response Post Facility and land for a 1FE Primary School.

Charles & Associates provided Highways & Transportation support, together with Flood Risk and SuDs/foul drainage strategy support on this complicated site.
