Planning approval granted – Bellway Homes – Stone Path Drive, Hatfield Peverel, Essex

The Reserved Matters Application for 140 residential units was approved at committee last night with voting being 9 to 1 in favour. Great work by our Hook Infrastructure Planning team (led by Theo Sims-Harris) for producing the highway and drainage designs for the scheme, and our Hook Transportation team (led by Prabin Limbu) for producing the Transport Assessment.

A great result for our client Bellway Homes. Now on to the detailed design, starting on site next week!
