Following a complex highways and infrastructure planning exercise. Planning permission was granted in Nov 2018 for 280 dwellings at Pagham West Sussex.
The Site, owned in its entirety by Taylor Wimpey, extends to approximately 13.3 hectares and lies to the north of Sefter Road, Pagham.
C&A undertook comprehensive technical work and negotiations with Highways England, West Sussex County Council Highways Dept and Arun District Council’s Engineers to successfully unlock the highways and transportation concerns for the site.
In addition dealing with Foul and Surface Water disposal from the site was of paramount importance when evolving the application, due to the historic flooding within Pagham and the proximity of Pagham harbour.
