Securing Planning Permission in Matfield, Kent

C & A collaborated with Willow Planning and Studio Hudson to secure planning permission for the construction of five family houses in the highly sought-after area of Matfield, Kent by Corker Brothers.

Our expertise overcame concerns which the highway authority had raised in relation to visibility. We conducted a traffic visibility assessment, analysing the project’s impact on road safety, including sight lines, road access and traffic flow.
