C&A provided multi-disciplinary support to Quinn Estates and Barratt David Wilson Kent throughout the life of this controversial major development. C&A’s work on developing a highway mitigation strategy and negotiating support from KCC and HE was fundamental to the success of the scheme and unlocks further growth potential in Swale through major infrastructure delivery.
