Planning Support for Quinn Estates in Dover

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully assisted Quinn Estates in securing several key outline planning permissions across Dover recently.  We provided expert transport and infrastructure consulting to support these developments, ensuring their sustainability and integration within the local transport network.

Capel-le-Ferne, Great Cauldham Park (90 Dwellings)

We prepared a Transport Statement on behalf of Quinn Estates for the proposed Great Cauldham Park residential development in Capel-le-Ferne. This outline planning application includes the erection of up to 90 dwellings, along with associated parking and landscaping. The development followed extensive engagement with Kent County Council (KCC) Highways and a public consultation exercise conducted in early 2024. Additionally, a Flood Risk Assessment was undertaken to ensure the sustainability and safety of the site.

Land at St Mary’s Grove (Replacement of Disused Dwelling)

Our team provided a comprehensive Transport Statement to support an outline planning application for a residential development on land to the south of St Mary’s Grove in Tilmanstone. The proposed scheme aims to replace a disused dwelling with a high-quality residential development that aligns with local planning objectives.

Church Lane, Lydden (23 dwellings)

Planning approval was secured for a mixed-use housing development in Lydden village, near Dover. C&A provided a detailed Transport Statement to assess how the local transport network could support the proposed development. More information

We are proud to have played a role in securing these planning permissions and look forward to seeing these projects progress.
